Training started then.
Chou qiu with alyssa. Then fa qiu.

Then benghong came. Trained with her. (:

Then played du kiang.
Cindy and xinyi grouped with me.
We lost few matches ah.

No physical training today as Jiao lian left earlier.
Lunch with Wb, Mr kuan, sis and Beng at Mr kuan tution centre there de chicken rice shop.
Thanks Mr kuan for treating us drinks. (:
Chatted there till 3 plus.
It was hilarious with Beng hong there.
And and, her hand was... OMG! SCARY! :X
Headed home then.
