There's training today at 9.30am. Didn't do warm up as i was kinda sick? And my leg hurts luh. Haha. Training started after that. Mr kuan was late! :X He was supposed to come around 9.30am, instead he came at 10 plus. Lol.

After he came, we started training the sec1s. I trained Debra. Zhen shou first. I thought there will be like fan shou too but there isn't. Hmmm, shall skip that part le.

Trained with sinvyest next. It was like 123456 days since i trained with sinvyest luh. And today, we trained with each other. Zhen shou first then chuo qiu. After that the err, dunno how to spell it. Haha! Then we can train anything we like till 12pm.

Sheng jiang next. Yucks! I hate my la qiu! :/ Training ended around 12.40pm. Physical training next. I ran even though my leg hurts luh! (: We were suppose to run 4 rounds in 9 mins. But i exceeded the timing by 35 secs! :/ Nevermind, i shall try harder next time! :D

Lunch at kopi-tiam. It had been super long since i last ate kopi-tiam. Haha. After that, went to BK and chat. Oops! I think we were talking to loundly luh. One of the man who is sitting 'beside' us was like ''shhhh...'' Haha! Then kept staring at us. So paiseh can? Went to popular then more than words. Headed back home at 5.30 like that.
